NIOS Learning Centre is a private, independent educational consultancy. We provide administrative support, document verification guidance, and admission counseling. Since our services involve direct professional consultation, administrative processing, and resources allocation immediately upon registration, we follow a structured refund policy.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Before Processing: Students can request a cancellation of their service package within 24 hours of making the payment, provided that no administrative processing or document submission has been initiated from our end.
- After Processing: Once we initiate the counseling process, verify documentation, or begin the administrative support for your application journey, no cancellations will be entertained.
3. Refund Policy
- Consultancy Fees: All fees paid to NIOS Learning Centre for guidance, counseling, and administrative support are strictly non-refundable once the service processing has started.
- Official Board Fees: Any official admission or examination fees that are meant to be paid directly to the official National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) portal are handled as per the official board's rules. NIOS Learning Centre is not responsible for refunds of fees processed on the official government portal (nios.ac.in).
- Duplicate Payments: In case of accidental duplicate payments (paying for the same service twice due to a technical glitch), the extra amount will be refunded entirely to the original payment method within 5-7 working days after verification.
4. No Guarantee of Academic Outcomes
As stated in our main Disclaimer, NIOS Learning Centre provides guidance and support for the application and preparation process. Final admission approvals, registrations, and exam results are strictly under the jurisdiction of the official board. Therefore, refunds will not be issued based on academic outcomes or institutional decisions.
